Therapeutic exercise is defined as bodily movement prescribed to correct an impairment, improve musculoskeletal function, or maintain a state of well-being. The ultimate goal of our therapeutic exercise program is to achieve an optimal level of developing or improving a specific function or a skill to develop and maintain physical fitness. It may vary from highly selected activities restricted to specific muscles or parts of the body, to general and vigorous activities that can return a recovering patient to the peak of physical condition.
